JOB TITLE : Internal Audit, Credit Risk & Compliance Professional
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS :
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance or any other related field. (Minimum of second class lower 2.2).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Credit Risk, Internal Audit or IT audit, with demonstrable exposure to database auditing within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Credit analysis, credit risk assessment, risk management or IT general controls, cybersecurity principles, and database systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Familiarity with local and international banking regulations and standards. (eg AML/CFT laws, NDPR, GDPR, Basel III/IV etc.)
- Proven experience in a financial services or banking environment is highly desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills. Proficiency in Compliance monitoring tools and relevant banking software.
- Well-developed written and oral communication as well as presentation and interpersonal skills.
- CISA/ACC/AACA and any other relevant IT or audit certifications will be considered an added advantage.
