EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT :

This position involves engaging with senior executives, clients, investors, and officials. Manages a dynamic schedule, oversees global travel logistics, and coordinates high-level meetings and events. Ensures the CEO’s time is optimized by prioritizing tasks and commitments. You will be required to leads meeting preparation and execution while identifying opportunities for organizational enhancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB :

  1. First point of contact in the office of the Group CEO to internal and external stakeholders which can include top-level executives, customers, board advisors, investors, government or regulatory officials, clients, and visitors
  2. Planning, scheduling and organizing internal & external meetings, including venue bookings and international itinerary management.
  3. Extensive and ever-changing diary management and assisting the Group CEO effectively with meeting attendance. Leading meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination.
  4. Identifying areas of improvement across the organization and making actionable recommendations.
  5. Acting as an effective gatekeeper and personal timekeeper for the Group CEO, orchestrating schedules and planning essential travels.
  6. Expense submission and management.
  7. Keeping meetings focused and planning and coordinating them effectively.
  8. An effective gatekeeper for the Group CEO.
  9. Preparing presentations/paperwork for internal and external meetings.
  10. Arranging board, investors, exec and other internal management meetings (including the odd client meeting)
  11. Setting key performance indicators to measure and improve team performance.
  12. Providing hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.
  13. Minute taking for meetings.
  14. Providing direct support for the Group CEO and at times to the Senior Management team as required.
  15. Steering strategic business initiatives from genesis to fruition.
  16. Pinpointing and addressing core issues within business processes.
  17. Presenting the chief executive and other senior leaders with detailed company operations analysis.
  18. Evaluating risk factors when making critical business decisions.
  19. Completing special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support.
  20. Teaming up with top-tier executives to chalk out and prioritize strategic business moves.
  21. Perform other duties as may be required/requested from time to time

QUALIFICATION :

  1. 7+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments.
  2. Strong organizational skills with proven success in managing complex calendars, travel, and meetings.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with boards and regulators.
  4. Strategic thinker with experience in business analysis and process improvement.
  5. Discreet and professional, with a high level of emotional intelligence and trustworthiness.

SENIOR OFFICER – MANAGEMENT REPORTING :

As a Senior Officer, Financial Reporting, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The role will stay abreast of regulatory changes and emerging accounting developments and ensure adequate insights into financial data to management.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB :

  1. Monitor all balance sheet and income statement entries and ensuring that they reflect the correct balances and corrective actions are taken timeously
  2. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  3. Provide technical accounting support to business units.
  4. Preparation of financial reports, coordinates external and regulatory audits for subsidiary companies across Kuda Nigerian Entities
  5. Manage balance sheet substantiation across the Kuda Nigerian Entities
  6. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through continuous monitoring and review
  7. Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  8. Continuously assess and improve financial reporting process and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency and scalability. Identify opportunities for automation and streamline reporting workflows.
  9. Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation in accordance with IFRS
  10. Support the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing monitoring and analysis of budget vs. actual performance.
  11. Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management and key stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related fields. ACA,ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  2.  A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, accounting or audit roles preferably in a Bank or Financial service company.
  3. Big 4 experience is an added advantage
  4. Solid understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements
  5. Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications
  6. Excellent writing skills, and ability to explain technical accounting issues to colleagues.
